The Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts Department is pleased to welcome you to our student-operated restaurant, the American Harvest, and to Main Street Café, our gourmet-to-go carryout.
Under the direction of eight Award-Winning Chefs, our first and second-year culinary students prepare – and serve – a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. Lunch is a celebration of
classically inspired American cuisine, and our buffet dinners feature
International and American cuisine. We offer delicious soups,
salads, entrees and pastries. Beer and wine are also available during
dinner service.
Our culinary arts program has received both national and international acclaim, and our Chef Instructors and students have won many local, national, and international competitions. We made a commitment to train them in one of the most advanced teaching facilities in the country – a $27 million dollar, state-of-the-art school. This is where American Harvest and Main Street Café are also located.
