What’s for breakfast? Slow-cooked oats, creative egg dishes, homemade biscuits and gravy, yummy pastries – it’s just a sample of what you’ll find on our breakfast buffet. Join us every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning.

lunch

Often called “the best school lunch program around,” American Harvest is the best our first and second-year culinary students can offer: delicious sandwiches on house-made breads, our legendary charcuterie plates, plus ever-changing fish, fowl, and beef entrees. Oh, and of course, our decadent desserts bar.

dinner

Join us for dinner Thursday and Friday. Our International menu changes daily and is based on a weekly theme. Every Thursday and Friday night we offer an extravagant buffet featuring freshly baked breads, cold dishes & salads, house-made soups, hot entrees, side dishes and an array of pastries & desserts.
