At times you may need to clear temporary Internet files/Cache in order for Blackboard to function as expected. Check below to see how to clear your temporary Internet files/Cache in the browser you are using:
Select the Tools menu and then select Delete Browsing History, check the box next to Temporary Internet files (you may uncheck all other boxes) then click on the Delete button at the bottom of the dialog box.
From the File menu or from the Firefox drop down menu select History; Clear Recent History, check the Cache box, you can uncheck all other boxes. For the Time range to clear choose "Everything", this will clear all Cache, click the Clear Now button.
To clear your Cache in Safari, click on the Edit menu and select Empty Cache, on the dialog box that comes up click on the Empty button to clear the Cache.
To clear your browsing history in Google Chrome click on the wrench in the upper right corner of the browser, then click on Tools and Clear browsing data, check the box for empty the cache and uncheck the other boxes, then choose "the beginning of time" this will clear all cache from your computer system, click on the Clear browsing date button.
