Blackboard and Help Support can provide assistance with technical problems and teaching aspects of Blackboard.
As of Fall 2020 we have supplemented our phone support by partnering with Blackboard Support Services to provide additional support for nights, weekends, and as overflow for when our team is busy with other calls. They will be able to help with basic Blackboard assistance. If you have a situation in which they are unable to assist, they will open a ticket with our team and we'll get in touch with you to resolve your issue. This provides access to a support representative 24/7.
