Become an Endorsed Motorcyclist through the Detroit Metro Motorcycle Safety Consortium
The Detroit Metro Motorcycle Safety Consortium trains approximately 3,000 students annually and has trained more than 91,000 students since the Consortium was created. Whether you are a novice or experienced rider, we offer numerous classes from our Basic RiderCourse & Basic RiderCourse2 (designed for earning cycle endorsement) to the Advanced RiderCourse which is focused on enhancing your riding skills.

We are excited to welcome Sean Diaz to the Motorcycle Safety Program as the new Regional Program Coordinator. Diaz earned his cycle endorsement in 2012 and has been with the Motorcycle Safety Program since August 2023.
Vince Consiglio, Regional Program Manager, has been with the Consortium since its inception and has dedicated his career to promoting motorcycle safety in a student-centered learning environment. Advocating for Michigan motorcyclists, Consiglio routinely visits the State Capitol in Lansing, MI to speak with lawmakers and ensure the continuation of the motorcycle safety program for years to come.
The Detroit Metro Motorcycle Safety Consortium currently comprises Schoolcraft College, Macomb Community College, Monroe County Community College, & Oakland Community College.
