Stress Reduction Through Shoulder Massage
For many people, sitting cramped over a computer, hunching over a steering wheel, or just holding your fifteen pound head up causes muscle tension and stress in your shoulder areas. Learn shoulder massage techniques to reduce stress and relieve tight muscles whatever the cause. No partner is required. Participants will practice on classmates. Requirements: bring a pillow, a twin sheet set and two pillow cases, wear comfortable clothes such as sports attire.
