Chef Janel Sauder, the manager of Henry’s, the college’s food court operation, earned her Certified Executive Chef (CEC) certification from the American Culinary Federation (ACF). She has been with Schoolcraft College for 15 years and is a graduate of the college’s award-winning and nationally recognized Culinary Arts program.
In addition Chef Lisa Stanley, a sous chef working with Master Chef Jeffrey Gabriel in the college’s baking and pastry program, earned her Certified Executive Pastry Chef (CEPC) certification from ACF. She is also a graduate of the Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts program.
