Aspiring entrepreneurs who want to turn their passion for food and cooking into a business should take the five-week course, “Cooking Up a Successful Food Business” offered on Tuesdays from Feb. 14 through March 14, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The course, offered by Schoolcraft College’s Business Development Center in partnership with the Michigan Small Business Development Center, will provide a step-by-step plan to help participants launch a food-related business.
