During the fall and winter semesters, the college recognizes students for high academic achievement by naming them to the Dean’s List
. The college sends a letter of recognition to the students’ home, publishes each student's name on the Schoolcraft website and in the student newspaper, the Schoolcraft Connection.
The minimum requirements for Dean's List recognition are:
Full-time students with a semester grade-point average of 3.5, or higher.
Part-time students who, after completing a total of 12, 24, 36, 48, in increments of 12 credit hours, have earned a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.
