BDC's April Seminars Focus on Fostering Success for Entrepreneurs and Business Owners

Schoolcraft College's Business Development Center (BDC) is offering these seminars in April:
Starting a Business on April 6, 6 - 9 p.m.
Starting a Business will provide information to help potential entrepreneurs assess their ability to lead and manage a company and evaluate the market and sales potential for their product or services. Writing a Business Plan on April 13, 6 - 9 p.m.
Writing a Business Plan will focus on the specifics of business marketing, finance, legal and operations to help improve success for those interested in self-employment or launching a business. Know Your Numbers Financial Seminar on April 11, 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Business owners who are interested in strengthening their financial literacy to improve opportunities for business growth should attend the “Know Your Numbers” seminar. At this seminar, business owners will learn how to identify problems using their balance sheet and income statement, ways to increase cash flow and other financial tools to help make better decisions and grow their business. The seminar costs $25 and will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Room 103 of the Jeffress Center.
