Schoolcraft College’s Career Services Office will present a free "Job Fair Etiquette"workshop on Wednesday, April 19 at 1 p.m. in the McDowell Student Services Center on the college's main campus in Livonia (Haggerty Road between Six and Seven Mile Roads). The workshop is open to students and the general public. "This is a great opportunity for those who plan to participate in our annual Spring Job Fair on April 26 to polish their job fair communication and interviewing skills," said Kathy Cox, coordinator of the Career Services Office.
The college's Spring Job Fair on Wednesday, April 26 will feature more than 70 companies and organizations in the fields of business, engineering, hospitality, healthcare, public safety, childcare/education, customer service and manufacturing. Employers will be on hand to talk with job seekers about available positions and to accept resumes. The fair will run from 1 - 4 p.m. in the VisTaTech Center on the college's main campus in Livonia and is open to students and the general public.
