Personal Training Starter Package

Perfect for new and experienced exercisers!

Our Personal Training Starter Package consists of a 1-hour individual consultation with a fitness professional to discuss goals, assess fitness levels, and start a customized program. This is followed by two 50-minute personal training sessions focused on proper exercise technique and form.

Fitness Consultation

Schedule a 30-minute session with a Personal Trainer to discuss fitness goals, general fitness nutrition, and receive guidance on programs, and training. Use this opportunity to ask the Personal Trainers your health and wellness questions!

One-on-One Personal Training

Any and all fitness levels can participate in our personal training program. Work with a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in weight loss/management, injury prevention, strength and conditioning and more. Receive personalized guidance on resistance, cardiovascular and flexibility training to help you reach your goals!
