Maintains Executive Director of Human Resources schedule and records. Distributes and maintains Action Alert and HR Employee Handbook. Assists applicants with electronic application system. Supports HR operations.

Post position vacancies and advertise such positions. Conduct clerical testing, coordinate and assist in interviews and new employee orientations. Process paperwork to hire CES instructors and on-call employees.



Natalie Noeske

Initial point of contact for Classified, Food Service, Support Personnel and Office Personnel employee groups in the areas of labor/employee relations, performance management, and employee discipline. Develops and manages HR-related projects and initiatives, including staff training, professional development and orientation opportunities.



Laura Sensing

Initial point of contact for faculty, administrative and executive employee groups in the areas of labor/employee relations, performance management, and employee discipline. Develops and manages HR-related projects and initiatives, including the Competency Model and staff training and professional development opportunities; manages departmental budget and tuition reimbursement programs.





All staff members process tuition grant requests and address changes, distribute requisite forms and materials, and provide general information.
