Concert Dec. 3 will feature electronic music groups from U-M, WSU and Schoolcraft
Schoolcraft College will host an Electronic Music Summit on Thursday, December 3 at 7:30 p.m. The event features three college ensembles that specialize in the growing genre of electronic music. U-M's Digital Music Ensemble and WSU's Electronic Music Ensemble will join with Schoolcraft College’s Synthesizer Ensemble for this unique opportunity for the community to experience this emerging form of musical expression. Admission is $5.00 per person.
Free concert to feature Schoolcraft's Wind Ensemble and Tyndale Artists' Ensemble on Dec. 6
The Schoolcraft College Wind Ensemble will present their annual Winter Concert on Sunday, December 6, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. The concert, under the direction of Paul M. Michalsen, will be held in the Community Room of the Radcliff Center in Garden City and will also feature the famed Tyndale Artists' Ensemble. Admission is free and donations will be accepted.
