Course Description

Drop and give me 20 - eggs that is. Get ready for five days of intensive fun-filled culinary arts training. Build up your cooking skills, flex your muscles and learn how to cook fabulous meals and desserts that will impress every civilian. Every day, make a variety of culinary delights to take home to share with the family. Prerequisite: Culinary Arts Boot Camp or Culinary Arts Exploration. A chef coat and lunch will be provided. Bring a tool kit with the following: a paring and chef knife; heat proof spatula and measuring spoons. Wear long pants and comfortable, closed-toe shoes; long hair should be tied back.
