Student Complaint Policy 2160
It is the policy of Schoolcraft College to investigate all student complaints. All student complaints are expected to adhere to the procedure outlined in the College Catalog. Student complaints are processed through the College’s online complaint and conduct system. Complaints are logged and tracked to ensure compliance with federal regulations and HLC standards.
