Mark Huston is currently an Associate Professor and Chair of Philosophy at Schoolcraft College located in Livonia, MI.  He has published articles and essays in the journals Ratio, Film and Philosophy, The Journal of Philosophical Research and in the books Tennis and Philosophy and Golf and Philosophy.  He has also published book reviews in the magazine Philosophy Now and the journal The Community College Enterprise.  In 2012 he received a National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Scholar award as part of the “Landmarks of American History and Culture Workshops” and in 2016 he received the Roueche Award for “Excellence in Teaching.”   In addition, Mark has given numerous talks on conspiracy theories, both locally and nationally, including the keynote address at the 2015 Forest Park International Festival at St. Louis Community College.  His most recent publications include “Medical Conspiracy Theories and Medical Errors” in the International Journal of Applied Philosophy and “The Greatest Conspiracy Theory Movies” in Conspiracy Theories: Philosophers Connect the Dots, eds. Richard Greene and Rachel Robison-Greene (Forthcoming: Open Court Press).
