Nick Butkevich is a professor in the Biology Department at Schoolcraft College. He earned a B.S. and M.S. in biology from Eastern Michigan University. He has a passion for teaching students about the human body, microbial world and how to use the scanning electron microscope (SEM). He regularly attends and presents at professional conferences related to his teaching disciplines. In addition, he has collaborated with colleagues and worked with publishers to develop instructional resources that are used by a variety of institutions of higher learning.
